CIS’s Repair Centre is located in Duluth and Norcross, GA and achieves a continuous turnaround of high quality repairs to a range of printer products. Rigorous post-repair testing enables repairs to be carried out to the highest possible standards. Indeed, all CIS repairs carry a comprehensive 90-day warranty.
RMA Procedure: In the event of a problem with your printer, go to the RMA section of this website. Once you have submitted the RMA form, a member of our service team will contact you to give you an RMA number. Please write the RMA number on outside of shipping box. Boxes with visible RMA numbers are processed ahead of other shipments.
